Bormea Sector
The Coreward of the two Ringali Shell sectors is the Bormea
Sector. Bormea is a relatively quiet sector, which has a rich history
spanning a few millennia. Corulag is the sector's capital and its Imperial
Governor, Zafiel Snopps, holds most of the power in the sector, even though
Jansom Caglio is the Sector Moff.
Snopps is far more hard-edged than the quiet,
inoffensive Caglio and is far more interested in building his own industrial
empire than cracking down on petty infractions of the Imperial code.
The military in the Bormea sector is reasonably
small, consisting of two superiority fleets plus attendant deepdock and
support fleets. There is a single system army comprising of the sector
ground troops. The sector is classified as passive.

Darpa Sector
The Darpa sector lies on the border between
the Core and the Colonies. For centuries, the sector was dominated politically
and culturally by Esseles, and is still under Esselian sway, since it
is the sector's capital.
The sector has shown some signs of Rebel
activity and the Moff, Jander Graffe, has been assigned to keep the sector
secure. The subjugation of Ralltiir by the Empire is prime example of
Graffe carrying out his orders. With the scouring of Ralltiir, other border
worlds were outraged, but they got the message and the Rebel activity
in the region has all but vanished.
The sector has a full Sector Group, with
three Superiority fleets, one Assault fleet and a complete Sector Army.
In addition to its army and fleets, the Darpa sector possesses a pair
of border outposts, along the Darpa-Bormea border. The stations are a
holdover from the days when Esseles was the dominant power in the region.
They now act as rescue outposts and anti-smuggling staging areas. Both
stations are under the direct command of Esseles' naval base; in fact,
troops stationed on Esseles are often rotated out to the border stations
for tours of duty lasting up to eight months.
